Normal blog services will resume shortly I hope... I had to call an ambulance last night. We both have an influenza virus of some sort (despite vaccinations) and he needed much more help than I could give him.
Ambulance people wonderful but I was at the hospital until 11:45 pm and need to go back shortly as he doesn't even have his glasses.
This cat is planning on prowling back to full health rapidly. I don't have time to be ill.

I am one of your regular readers but write rarely. I am sure that there are many others like me who want you to know our thoughts are with you, your father, and family. You have many thinking of you.

Oh dear! I am sorry that you have both fallen ill and that the ambulance was needed. Again, I seem to be late to catch the news but I am relieved to see the next post is titled "Senior Cat is out of hospital." Thank goodness for that!
I try to read your posts in order from where I left off so please excuse me for reading the previous posts before getting to this one - it is no reflection of my concern, which is serious. This year's influenza has been vicious.
I'm off to read the next parcel of news and I hope it is all positive and that this message finds you both on the improve.
